Payment plans are offered on some programmes as a way for you to spread the cost to make joining more affordable for you. They are not a "try before you buy and it is not possible to cancel a payment plan unless they are within the window and terms of the 14 day guarantee. All payment plans must be completed even if you do not complete the programme. If you are having difficulties paying, please contact us before your payment date and we will support you by means of agreeing a new payment plan with you where possible. If you do not contact us or respond to our emails regarding an account in arrears, After 30 days of no payment, we will refer your account to an independent debt collecting agency. You may also incur additional fees from that company.
For live programmes, this guarantee starts from the date of the first live session, not from the date of purchase. It is not possible to get a refund before the programme starts, nor after the programme guarantee has ended. Refunds are only offered if the programme does not meet your expectations from a "training failure" perspective. What this means, is that should you not achieve the training results you would have like, have sent us video evidence of you playing at least one of the training games for each module of the course (for self study), or you have attended live or watched the replays for at least two sessions from the live programme, and explain via video demonstration why it is not effective within 14 days of the date of commencement of said programme.
